Pol. Col. Rallyan Mone is the Impulse Model Policy Advisor Myanmar for Impulse NGO Network. He was in the army for 15 years and in the Police Department for 25 years, including in the Department Against Transnational Crime, and Home Affairs, in Myanmar.
Dr. Govind Prasad Thapa Impulse Model Policy Advisor Nepal
Dr. Govind Thapa is Impulse Model Policy Advisor Nepal for Impulse NGO Network. A former Additional Inspector General of Nepal Police was one of the pioneers in establishing Police Women and Children Service Centre and Community Police Centres in the country.
Jeffrey Brown Impulse Model Global Advisor and Supporter
Jeffrey Brown is the Impulse Model International Advisor and Supporter for Impulse NGO Network. He is also an Academy, Emmy winner., for SOLD, his directorial feature film. Many organizations have used SOLD to fundraise for their work to end human trafficking and to help victims.
