A.G. Kharbhih Finance Director
A G Kharbhih (Bahrit) is the Finance Director of Impulse NGO Network. He played a fundamental role in the birth of Impulse NGO Network by providing technical Financial Management assistance and Marketing linkages for the rural livelihood project for the last 20 years. He also assists in project Formulation, Monitoring, and Evaluation for projects supported by UNODC, UNIFEM, UNICEF, AUSAID, UNGIFT, JSDF, GDN, JSDF, Government of India, as well as Central and State Governments for the Impulse Model.
He brings his experience as the Bank Manager of a rural bank in Meghalaya and as a Marketing Supervisor with Meghalaya Mineral Development Corporation Ltd. (Government of Meghalaya Undertaking) India – Assignment in Export Business, Documentation, Liaison with Importers, Custom Officers including Market Need Assessment.
He has strong expertise in Monitoring and Evaluation, Finance, and Market Research. He holds a Post-Graduate Degree in Business Management from the Institute of Modern Management, Kolkata and an MSI Certificate in Evaluation, USAID-CAP ATSEC.
In 2014, he represented India United Nations Volunteers Partnership Forum in Bonn, Germany.
In 2016, he represented India in London, supported by the British High Commission to participate in the Capacity Building of High Level Stakeholders in Using Information Technology, to Effectively Combat Human Trafficking in North East India under Impulse Model. He also participated as one of the Indian Delegates on the “Cross Border Exposure and Learning under Impulse Model” trip to Myanmar and Thailand.
