Great learning in Anti-Trafficking
I had a good learning experience during the "cross border anti trafficking exposure trip" to Myanmar and Thailand. Understanding the different problem of tackling human trafficking, role of officers, judiciary, existing local law to deal with the issue and good practice of each country. Sharing of experience in the International Borders by Anti trafficking Task Force of Myanmar and the stakeholders like Department of Women and Children.
It was a good learning experience from visiting border area from where actually trafficking takes place. Interaction with police in the border areas, besides meetings with departments responsible for Rehabilitation.
The trip was well organised and given pleasant stay and journey.
