Debotosh has been the Finance Manager at Impulse NGO Network for the last 8 years. He is also the Director of Finance at Impulse Social Enterprises.

Before joining the Impulse team in 2006, Debotosh worked with Fidelity Investments, Ltd. in Bangalore, and has experience in accounts, finance, and human resource development. He now contributes his expertise in accounting, banking, and investment to Impulse NGO Network and Impulse Social Enterprises.

Debotosh has been involved in several initiatives, including UN supported projects such as UNODC, UNIFEM, UNICEF, UNGIFT. GDN, JSDF, Central and State Government.

He holds a Post-Graduate Degree in Marketing and Sales Management from the Indian Institute of Management and Sales and Human Resource Development.
