Dr. Govind Thapa is Impulse Model Policy Advisor Nepal for Impulse NGO Network. A former Additional Inspector General of Nepal Police was one of the pioneers in establishing Police Women and Children Service Centre and Community Police Centres in the country.
Pol. Col. Rallyan Mone is the Impulse Model Policy Advisor Myanmar for Impulse NGO Network. He was in the army for 15 years and in the Police Department for 25 years, including in the Department Against Transnational Crime, and Home Affairs, in Myanmar.
Bariphylla is a Lawyer passionate about social work, who joined Impulse NGO Network as a Research
Assistant in 2012, and is a Case Manager with us today.

On our visit to the United Kingdom, supported by the British High Commission, New Delhi, various round-table consultations and meetings were held, on learnings and best practices, the use of technology, and building capacities of stakeholders representing Media personals, Law Enforcement and Lawyers from North East India.
Impulse NGO Network, supported by the British High Commission – New Delhi, visited London in 2016, to share its experiences and learn about global best practices, in the fight against human trafficking.
We gained valuable insights from the UK Home Office, that will further help improve collaboration and effectiveness, in our fight to put an end to human trafficking worldwide.
Impulse NGO Network and its partners from law enforcement, the legal fraternity, and the media, visited and interacted with like-minded Ashoka Fellows, in order to learn from their experiences and insights, and help take the Impulse Model global.
